Try to eliminate spaces and special characters from filenames ...

Next, check your two configure.php files, on the server, for:
/includes/configure.php
/your_secret_admin/includes/configure.php

as I am seeing extra // in the path names based on those images that you posted ...

Hi thank you for your help. I did the items you suggest. Now the link is clickable but when I try to save as the file name is MommyMaintenance.pdf.crdownload and the file does not load. When I open the page is is not valid.

Browse your database table:
orders_products_download

and search for the orders_id for this order and see what the field:
orders_products_filename

reads, is it the same filename?

I found the names and changed them. It did not work.

What are your settings in the Configuration ... Attribute Settings ...

What's the value for both DIR_FS_CATALOG and DIR_FS_DOWNLOAD in your /includes/configure.php file?
Are they different from those same defines in your /admin/includes/configure.php file? If so, why?
