Problems loading admin pages and product additional images -Please help!

Sometime recently (can't say when exactly, probably within the past few months) I have started experiencing loading issues on the website. Happens on the site itself as well as in the admin section.

What happens on the main site is that the page will load fine but will stop at 1 or 2 additional product images. The "page loading" icon on the browser is still going, but a few images don't load or load partially then stop. A simple refresh will correct the problem and the image(s) will pop in instantly once the page refreshes. This does not seem to have anything to do with image size or order; images as small as 30kb have been caught as well as 160kb ones. Once again this is a recent issue, this never happened in the past. Haven't installed anything recently.

On the admin section of the site it is not images, but the entire pages themselves. This seems to be random, clicking on a fews items or sections may work fine but clicking on it again or on something else will cause the page to either partially load and stop or just not load at all. Either way, once again a simple refresh will cause the page to fully load instantly.

My desktop is running ie9, however the problem is still present in my laptop running ie8. However the issue is not present in my blackberry for some strange reason.

It sounds to me more like a server issue than ZC. (But I'm a newb who likes to wing it so don't take my word for it.) Are you on a shared server? If so then maybe in the last month you got a high-bandwidth user for a neighbor. The site is taking forever to load because the server is overloaded. It comes up quick when you hit refresh because most of it is already loaded onto your computer so it's only going back to the server and re-requesting the last few parts it needs. It may seem quicker on the crackberry because of the content - some sites are optimised for quick loading on the handhelds by omitting some sidebar contents or little-used buttons. There are instructions around here somewhere for turning on the parse time log and if you collect a few days worth you might notice a trend.
