Google Shopping Integration Help - add Google Order Confirmation Module Code

Hello and thanks in advance for any assistance!

I need to add the following code to the order confirmation page (presumably checkout_confirmation.php). Or is there a tpl file involved here?

The code which must be added is:

That seems easy enough, but where do I add this?

The checkout_confirmation.php is simple enough, but it's written in php and I need to add html code.
