Can't update customer's status?

Hi there,

I went in my admin a week or so ago and everything was fine. And now, I log in, I see the customer's name and how much they ordered on the home page of the admin, so I click their name. And then they don't show up. I search for their name and their old order shows up, but not their recent one.

What is going on?

Do you have any admin debug .log files in your /cache folder? If so, they'll give you a hint as to what the problem is.

I do. I have about 1,000 files in there, but I just looked at the logs from July. There's one making reference to the orders.php on line 148, but I don't see orders.php in there. *By the way, I removed my full path to orders.php:

I have an orders_archive.php and orders_status.php. I looked in those files and nothing seemed to jump out on line 148.

Search the forums for "undefined function date_diff". You'll see several threads which suggest you either have an outdated version of Zencart, or some mod files which are outdated.
