Issues with Shipping Estimator and Checkout

After choosing items to order my shipping estimator popup only shows "Close Window". Before it gave various shipping options. Also when selecting check out, the window is blank, but states the action is done in the lower left corner of IE.

Would someone be willing to look at this and suggest some fixes.

you'll need to look in your site's /cache folder - there should be debug logs that will tell you what's "breaking" the checkout_shipping page.. if there are a lot of them, just look at the last few entries.. if they don't make sense, google the errors or post back here and someone can help.

edit: just noticed you're using 138a. If you don't already have the debug utility installed on your site, you'll need to enable it. (look in /includes/extra_configures and see if there is a file called "enable_error_logging.php". If so, the error logs should be in /cache. If you don't have that file, you'll need to download from the plug-ins section.

ps - if you're still using 138a, you'll want to look at upgrading asap. that version is old, has many known vulnerabilities, and you'll probably have trouble finding people to help fix a 5 year old version of zencart. that isn't the cause of this issue, but something you'll need to plan to do ASAP. (unsolicited advice)
