Quantity Discounts

What is the best way to implement quantity discounts for Example if I have he following:

Item name Doitsu Gin Chagoi priced $5 ea or 2 for $8 or someother discount

How can this be accompished?

You can use the built in Quantity Discounting system in Zen Cart to reduce the price for 2 or more to $4 each. Go to admin->catalog->products price manager, and select the item you wish to discount.

I went to the price manager but did not see how to reduce the price. Can someone point me to a tutorial to do it or give me step by step insructions?
