Admin Menu - Configuration Dropdown only shows "Logging"

I recently tried to install the Fedex Automated Labels module. After running the included SQL however, now my configuration menu only shows "Logging" in it's drop down.

I can still see all the options in zen_configuration_group, zen_admin, and zen_admin_menus. The visibility is still set to 1.

What gives? What relationship am I missing? They were all there and now they're just simply "missing".

It's possible that mod doesn't work with Zencart 1.5.0, if that's what you're using. I would run the uninstall.sql patch and see if the options come back.
