2 Error Messags and one Screwy Whois - What's going on here?

I went to upload some images this morning and saw I had some error logs in the cache so I checked them out:

Same error message continue for:

Second error message is two short log files from yesterday that just say:
PHP Warning: strpos() [<a href='function.strpos'>function.strpos</a>]: Offset not contained in string in public_html/(mysecretadmin)/includes/functions/general.php on line 1301
I checked the forum for that one, found some replies and didn't understand a single thing that was said. Can someone please explain in simple terms?

And then just to make it fun, I checked whois onine and saw 6 entries. All had the same IP address (google's spider) but only one says spider. theother five say guest. And since I was on my site as a customer in another browser, one should have been me - I verified that by navigating to another page as a customer and then refreshing the whois and one of the entries changed to the new page I was one - but the IP still said I was Google????

If you can help explain one, two, or all three of these issues before I give myself another ulcer worrying about it, I would really appreciate it.

Just wanted to say Please disregard the question about the IP addresses, something else is going on there and I'll have to get a better idea of what is happening before I can ask why. Thanks, Joe.
