Fedex Web Services not right

Hi everyone, I don't know if this is a zen cart issue or the module, but
no matter how much I add to the cart, the fedex shipping stays the same. What do i need to do to charge by weight?
I've been trying to figure this out for 2 days help please!
should I delete the module and use zen cart Per Unit or something? thank you!!!

For someone who's struggling with this, It's pretty simple. make sure you set your Zones and Tax rates
