    Default where is my classic page

    Complete newb and been roaming aimlessly here and on you tube. My page shows generic site without the classic design...

    http://patioworldonline.com/catalog/...2011/index.php

    What/where did I go wrong? Just uploaded everything yesterday and trying to figure where my classic template is. Also on admin, I looked to define page editor to make changes to home page and on you tube showed text editor as both text and html, but on mine there is no html option....

    Thanks for any advice

    I can't answer your first question, but as for the second - version 1.5.0 got rid of the html editor. If you don't know html tags there might be an add-on if you search the plugins.

    Where did you install your zen cart? The URL you posted
    Code:
    http://patioworldonline.com/catalog/zen-cart-v150-full-release-12302011/index.php
    doesn't match with where your base is stated to be
    Code:
    http://patioworldonline.com/catalog/index.php

    Sorry, but what do you mean by "where your base is stated to be"? On my public_html, I have a folder "catalog", which takes me to another folder "zen-cart-v150-full-release-12302011", which takes me to all the folders/files of zen cart....does this sound correct or do I need to change something.

    So, all your files are installed in
    Code:
    http://patioworldonline.com/catalog/zen-cart-v150-full-release-12302011
    but your configure.php files have
    Code:
    define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://patioworldonline.com/catalog');
    define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://http://patioworldonline.com/catalog');
    Since you really don't want your store to be accessed via the former, I'd suggest moving all the files 'down' one subdirectory so that the base/root directory of your store is the /catalog directory.

    Well I moved all the files up one sub directory and then of course, had to manually change the directory paths and presto got it running...kinda did it by accident and flying off the seat of the old pantalones. thanks for the help
