Security patch v138 error (BLANK PAGE)

Hi. Im using zc 1.5. i have multilangual site. All works perfect yesterday, but today when i choose english version of the site, i see blank page.
All others languages works perfectly

ERROR in logs:

Cannot redeclare securitypatchsanitizepostvariableid() (previously declared in /home/content/c/h/a/charlesmcl/html/busi/includes/extra_configures/security_patch_v138_20080919.php:33) in /home/content/c/h/a/charlesmcl/html/busi/includes/extra_configures/security_patch_v138_20080919.php on line 54

im trying to reupload this file from distr. but same error.. and blank page..

Replace the file with a fresh one.

Are you attempting to run an add-on file by using an include() or require()? Sometimes, doing this versus just including the data will throw this error.

Do i need to search this file in /includes or in admin directory?
or better in both?
And why not work only English language version on the site? other 2 languages works.. Maybe in languages/english i need to search?

Zen Cart uses the php include() and require() to add data or require a file/data. Some mods, single-sidebox being one, will add a file that includes or requires an item/file that is already being used. Thus, the error that it "cannot redeclare."
You will need to see which of your add-ons (mods) is doing this.

If you're using v1.5.0, are you sure the security_patch_v138_20080919.php is still needed? At least some patch files were replaced by improvements in core files for v1.5.0, and the patch files are marked as "deleted" in the changelog. You could have imported old patch files buried in your template files on upgrading. Check it out...

Yes, the file was deleted with 1.3.9a.
But...
I would think that, since the error says it "cannot redeclare", it has to be declared somewhere.
