I am using Group ISO Payment Gateway. When a customer tries to buy a product, they get an error message. They fill in the credit card info but it does not go through. The customer can register and I can see that information.

I checked with ISO and they said everything is on and good. When I go to their dashboard, it seems fine. Log on ok etc.
When I talked to ISO, they could not see any trace of a credit card transaction.

I checked with Ipower.com hosting company and they could not see anything. from a hosting standpoint or my control panel.

I am using a Picaflor Azul theme.
