drop shipping module compatible with 1.5?

We just had our store upgraded from Zencart 1.3.8 to 1.5 and we're noticing some missing functionality (in customers we usually ahve a send/resend PO option to send a purchase order to the drop shipper when an order is made, also we'd get email confirmation of all orders we received. Neither is working now.

Does anyone know if 1.5 has either of these features built in or if maybe we were using a module that we're not aware of (the store was set up a long time ago)

We found this online but it's not clear if this works with 1.5:

actually it seems like it doesn't work with 1.5, we installed it. Does anyone know how to enable this type of functionality (email notification, and the ability to send the order to a drop shipper easily)

Does this mean that whoever did your upgrade just removed all that functionality from your site? ie: didn't take care to actually keep those features?
Did they give you a list of all the things they chose to ignore about your site when they "upgraded" it?
Sounds like they didn't do a very thorough job and maybe they should be asked to finish it correctly.
