Default Getting a "reason response code"

Authorize.net tells me I need a "reason response code" to help them troubleshoot a problem with my credit card processing. I have just set up Zencart 1.5 and this appears to be the only problem ~so far~ Can someone please tell me where to find this code?

    Thanks in advance,

    bob...

Turn on the Debug Logging in your ZC Admin's authnet module settings.

I'm all fixed. Thanks... can I ask another possible dumb question?

In who's on line under "Tools" what do the four colored bullets actually signify? They are green, orange, red and pink.

There should be a line (legend) up top of the page explaining it - one is that the customer is active and has something in their cart, one for active customer but nothing in the cart, then inactive with something in their cart, and inactive with nothing in their cart.
active/inactive is based on how long the customer has gone since clicking on something.
