Attributes not showing on products

I tried out the stock by attributes add-on. I backed up the website before installing it using FTP. SBA doesn't do what I need it to do, so I restored the website and removed the table and records SBA added to the database (looking at the sql install file,) but now, none of my attributes show up on my products. Is there a switch somewhere that tells ZC to do attributes? I thought that maybe the SBA had screwed up the products currently on file, so I created a new category and a new product within that category, added new attribute options and attached them to the new product, but when I bring up the product in ZC, the attribute selections are not available. Since I restored the whole thing, it seems like this should work like it did before.

Never mind. SBA had added a file in my template that I removed and that fixed it.

I'm also having the issue that the attributes are not showing up on the pages for the products. I haven't uninstalled the Mod, but did upgrade to v5.1. I double-checked that I had all the files in the proper folders.

I'm not sure where to turn with this issue. I looked through the database, and it appears all tables are there, and have data in them.

The store is http://store.happytrailstradingpost.com. The only product that we made sure attributes were added to (after making the upgrade) was the Hooded Sweatshirts.

Any ideas would be welcome.
