red flag Browser Problem -Google Chrome-

    Hello

For the last 4-6 weeks I been having customers saying that when they go to check out they are not able to, when they click on check out it gives them a blank screen. Also when they go to (My Account) page to log-in or sign up they get a blank screen. After reviewing each case I found they been using Google Chrome browser.

I have tested Google Chrome and the same is happening to me, I tried other browsers and they are working fine. I have other check out options like PayPal and Google which work fine with Google Chrome.

I reviewed this issue with my Zen Cart tech and they are saying it is a Template problem but I really do not feel this is the case since my site has been working since 2006 and Zen cart has been updated every year. My current Zen Cart is the v1.3.9h

My site is www.weddingflowersofamerica.com any suggestion or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Just to eliminate the template, try switching back temporarily to the Classic template and see if the problem persists.

    Hi Stevesh

Thank you for your reply I checked my templates and only have one showing which is :

Template Author : Zen Cart Team (c) 2006
    Template Version : Version 1.3.5

    Template Description
This template set is designed to be easily modified using only the style sheet to change colors, fonts, and the store logo. Three images are required; logo.jpg, header_bg.jpg, and tile_back.gif.

When I had my cart made I had allot of upgrades done so I am not sure if this is the classic one, I been told that if I change my template many of my added functions would not work etc.

    Thanks

Your source code shows your custom template name as 'flower'. Are you saying that that option doesn't appear in Admin - Tools - Template Selection, or did you modify and rename the Classic template ?
