This is related to the January USPS update.

I went into a cart to enable USPS and make the update, but the edit section on the right 1/3 is missing. The old module is in there, so won't price the Post Office, and I can't disable or uninstall it, let alone get the new one in. Still on 1.3.8a (yes, I know!) in that cart. It works in my other cart (the broken one is used on occasion for third party order fulfillment).

Any wisdom would be appreciated!
