Setting default for Column Layout Grid Product Listing

I didn't include a separate file, since there are three different sets of SQL statements to run depending on whether you are installing new, upgrading or deleting the mod. The SQL is detailed in the readme.

I have the column_layout_grid_2_1.zip installed and it seems to work fine on my site.

Thanks for testing it. It does appear to be missing some functional switching in product_listing.php, creating output designed for columns even when manually set to and displaying as rows. I know what the issue must be, and will fix it and post an updated zip.

I missed an edit in tpl_modules_product_listing.php. The new zip fixes this; if you have already installed the previous copy, all you need to do is replace that file.
