Customers cant create an account? - Piccadilly Posh Template

Hello installed Piccadilly Posh Template a few months back with no issue until now.
My customers cant create an account on my web site so they cant log in we have been through the files and have no idea how to fix this error? Please help? When you try to create an account it just takes you back to the create an account page?

Also what have you changed since it was working, any new addon mods perhaps?

Hello i wondered why sales have been dropping i found out the Create a new account has not been working since putting the template on to my web site.
The only way customers can shop is via Pay Pal express.
I have place the old template back onto my web site and the create account works on the old template.
Have no idea how to fix this issue on the new template so customers can create an account?

Ok so first question, did you install the template personally? Reason I ask is that you have a link in your footer to a ZC site that installs templates etc.

If you did do it yourself how did you upload the files?

Did you edit any files before or after installing the template?

Did you upload via ftp?
Start by downloading all your hosted files to your PC. Then compare the files from a freshly downloaded copy of your template to the store files you have downloaded. Look for missing files or even part files in your store. A great took is beyond compare, it'll save you alot of searching through your folders, there's a trial version too.

PS you REALLY need to upgrade your ZC version too, 1.3.9h or 1.5 if your mods are compatible. Your version is very unsecure. Fix the current issue first though then make it your next priority.
