Text showing up invisible (white on white) on popup_shipping_estimator

Hi Folks:
when a customer selects an item into the shopping cart, hitting Estimate Shipping, after entering State and zip code, nothing shows up. However, if I left click and highlite the Pop-up form the text shows up as white text on a blue background.
Where can I change the text to black?

Hi - solution worked out by omnicia.com = change the background color and the white text stands out.

Yes, if only the popup pages would have an appropriate wrapper (<div class="popup"> etc.), then this wouldn't be problem on many installs.
