Order Confirmation - PDF Attachment

Hi

I have tried to find out through this forum and Google how to add a static attachment to the Zen Cart Order Confirmation Email with no luck, so I'll post this as a question here!

The attachment in question is a PDF file, which will be identical for all customers. It has to follow the order confirmation as a attachment, not a link, due to consumer law requirements in my country.

Ideally, the form should be pre-populated with order number, date etc, but that is a little beyond my knowledge at this moment, so that will have to be done later on!

Anyone have any idea how to accomplish this? Answers will be much apprechiated thank you :)

Order confirmation emails are constructed in /includes/orders.php

Thank you for your answer, which is 100% unhelpful and also incorrect - orders.php is located in /admin/ (as in your admin folder) not in /includes/, at least in a "vanilla" install of 1.3.9h , and your reply does not answer my question which is how to add an attachment to the email... Even just a hint or a pointer would be good, as I am absolutely not a programmer nor a php expert! I do know how to add a LINK to the PDF file, but due to local consumer laws, it has to be in the form of an attachment, not a link. Anyone else have a suggestion?

There's no mod I'm aware of that will do that. If the copy you need to include can appear in the body of the order confirmation email rather than as an attachment, you might find some ideas here:

It was not meant as a insult, it was a simple statement of facts. The file location is not where you said, and your answer was also not helpful. Sorry if you took it as a insult, and thanks for taking time to reply :)
