Adding Images in CKEditor

I am trying to figure out how to add images on the Define Pages Editor using CKEditor. I am fairly sure that I have to click the image button but from there I am confused. Can someone help me.

The image you want to use must already be in your images folder, it's best to store them here than in the images folder of your template if you change templates you don't lose the images then you just enter the path to the image ie /images/yourimage and adjust the size etc.
