FEC & Referal add-on's

Not exactly sure where this should go, so here it is?
I installed the how did you hear adout us add-on today, then this evening I installed the FEC add-on.

Just noticed that there is not a referal pull-down on the login page now.

Anyone run into this before?
Whats was your solution?

Simple:

Take the original Zen Cart version of /includes/modules/create_account.php
Open WinMerge
and compare that file against the /includes/modules/YOUR_TEMPLATE_NAME/create_account.php file from the referrals mod.

Then take and copy the changes from that comparison into the create_account.php file from whatever other mod you're trying to integrate with it.
