I am using Zen car v1.5 with Paypal express checkout.
Also, I had created 2 sandbox account Paypal.
I found the following error message when I tested the checkout.
"An error occurred when we tried to contact the payment processor. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. () - (35) error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake failure"
How I can do?
Please help. Thank you.

It seems PayPal has changed their sandbox servers.
What is your particular reason for using the sandbox? It will work fine in live/production mode straightaway..

Of course. You can do that with the store being live. Just refund the transaction when you're done.
