Problems with Numinix Fast checkout module

I have downloaded and installed the fast checkout module from numinix website. Everything looks great, but after the confirm order page there is a message at the top saying "Your order is being processed, please wait..."

Just to play with it and try to troubleshoot, I turned the "One page checkout" option to false and now I can go through and complete the checkout.

My question is: what is really that I have done by turn the "One page checkout" option to false, because I do not see any changes of the layout on any of the pages.

This is how I see the order of the pages with the "One page checkout" option turned to false:

page one: "ADD TO CART"
page two: "GO TO CHECK OUT"
page three: options for "new customers", "returning customers" and "checkout without account"
page four: your order total, delivery information, payment information "CONTINUE CHECKOUT"
page five: "CONFIRM THE ORDER"

I would like to find out if I turn the "One page checkout" option to true, why do I get the "Your order is being processed, please wait..." message? I also would like to understand what is the "One page checkout" option for.

Seems to be a bug in the mod - not sure why it hasn't been fixed.

You do have CJ loader installed as per first part of install guide?

I found my problem in the thread that you pointed out with many other issues, but di dnot find any solutions. I will keep looking.

Since it did not come with it plus I had no clue what is that I did not install it. I will look into it now and try to understand and get some installation instructions.

Do you mind describing what is the CJ loader will do?

It minimizes the size of your stylesheet(s) abnd supposedly loads your pages faster. A complete waste of disk space in most cases, IMO, and I don't know why Numinix requires its installation. You can turn it off in admin. It is mentioned right at the beginning of the installation instructions.

:-) Well, I will install and give it a try. I do not think I will find a solution for the problem by installing css, but let's see. I will report back here.

I wonder why the installation instructions are so much shorter here in the ZC forum for the FEC mod. On numinix there some additional lines to alter one of the php pages with.

If you want a guest account login it might be worth giving this a look http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1416 I tried FEC but just found it overblown and complicated this one is very easy and as it built buy members of the zen comunity it works I know it will mean uninstalling FEC but it might be worthwhile in the long run.

Er, does CJ loader not trigger the final stage of checkout? i.e. clears the 'your order is being processed' stage.

After installing the CJ loader my first problem is now solved. It made the layout look better but I do not see that it faster.
The function of the "One page checkout" is now working. If I set it to true, the checkout process is shorter because the last (confirmation) page is now at the bottom of page #:four.

Numinix installation guide instructs to alter the order.php file located in includes/classes. That was not needed to be done. (I replaced that file with the original file from zc 1.5.0 and everything functions very well).
