Default Check Out Without Account - Optional Password Field

I've installed the 'fast and easy checkout' mod, using COWOA.

Right now when you press checkout, it forces you to the checkout without account page. Is there a way to add a field at the end that says (Create account - optional) and has 2 text boxes so the user can set a password.

That way they can still checkout even if they do not wish to add a password for account creation...

    Can it be done?

Don't think me rude for needing to clarify but in FEC configuration what do you have set for checkout with COWOA only?

I want it to force COWOA on checkout, but I would also like to add the option for account creation by adding what is highlighted in the image above. I believe it's more efficient to have it set out this way as it removes the need for the initial (create account or checkout without account) screen.
