Affiliate with unique coupon code?

Please forgive me, I've been searching for days and I don't know where else to look.

I need a system were each affiliate would be able to get a unique coupon code and send buyers to the main page, without an affiliate link/tracking ID.

Will Zen cart do this? Or is there a plugin?

Yes, if you set up coupon codes, they can be used for affiliate tracking.
