Menu Bar Help

I am trying to edit the menu bar / drop down menu on my site. Right now all the Categories are in one drop down and I would like to have a drop down for different groups instead of all of them in one. I have tried to add a new item on the menu bar itself or just editing an existing one (categories, shop by brand, contact us, etc.) but I'm having trouble getting it to work the way I would like. Please advise, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

http://www.kelenseocentral.com/ is the site. I have just started working on it and have a lot of categories I would just like to split them up into a few different groups on the menu bar.
