I bought a theme from a website and paid with Paypal. The theme works fine but the seller didn't include any license agreements. If the seller doesn't own the theme and pictures, is it OK to use it? By the way, I'm in the US and I think the seller is from Japan or Russia.

it depends on who you bought from,generally speaking,it would be ok,as they also wish their business go well.
