I am trying to download Easy Populate for ZC 1.5 and nothing will let me download it. In fact I can't download any kind of plugins. I also tried to download DR Bytes Backup MYSQL file and it seems to lock up. It asks me to either open, save or cancel. I click Save as and select the folder and nothing happens. When I go to the Easy Populate Thread to download the Zip file that it mentions I get a message stating master file didn't download.

Does anyone know what is going on or what I am doing wrong.
