Strange performance issues

I am having some strange performance issue. When I orginally setup zencart both the admin and store ran quick. I have since added plugins, and products. The store and adim then started to run poorly [example: go to the store or the admin could take up to 1 min before it loads, or sometimes I get 500 errors]. I have done a database cleanup, and turned off feature I don't want/need. This made both run quick for about 2 days, but after that it started to preform poorly. I have turned logging on and off, and have not found any issues. What other things could I try?

[hosting godaddy, running latest PHP and SQL, adn Windows Server] I prefer Windows servers, and since the site was orginally working fast and worked fast after a cleanup, I know it is not the server at this point.

What is your URL?

Log a ticket with GoDaddy and ask them to run profiling on your site.

You've hacked in so many plugins it may be hard to narrow down the cause of the problems. But the profiling could point out some useful issues.

I used the developer tools in IE9 and saw a link running, http://realtime.services.disqus.com/...?1348061256276 what is this? I scanned through the site and can't find any page that is calling this. One with a 502 error and another with pending. Have you seen this before
