Problem with Auction Module

I installed the auction module on my site I did not see any errors from running the install SQL file. I am having a problem in so far as I do not see Configuration - Auction but I am able to see under catalog - Product Type - Product Auction.

Did something go wrong or am I missing files? I did not see any of the modules file being missing.

I am testing this module on a local test site I have and have a problem. The sql instaed with no errors but when I am in the admin console and go to configuration, Produt AUction is not present but I see under catalog- Poduct types a Product AUction. What is going on, I did not see any files out of place?
I also do not see the auction manager anywhere

I had the same problem. Two things:

It is not compatible with 1.5 no matter what Auction Module download area says. It does work with 1.3.9f. (I have both Versions installed and added Auction Module to each)

It was really easy to transfer files to the wrong folders. Double check as you ftp or upload, that everything is exactly where it belongs.
