Major Help needed

I am running version of Zen-cart and backup my files before I installed some modules. I installed the referrals module, tell a friend and the auction modules. To the best of my knowledge, the shopping cart was still available after the install of referrals and tell a friend but noticed the add to shopping cart button was gone after the auction module was installed.

I tried to recopy the files from my backup to restore the problem but the shopping cart is still working properly. The url for the site is http://farmdirect.carolinafishhatchery2.com/index.php

ANy hep to correct this is appreciated. Do I need to delete all the files and recopy the files from the back up I made and if so, will all the items I already added still be there?
I just noticed that when I go to a product info page the tell a friend form is already opened up instead of the user having to click on the tell a friend button.

I've deleted and replaced all the Zen-cart files and the add to cart button is still missing, I do not know what happened. I ha missed or misplaced some of the files for the Tel a Friend module which was corrected this morning and then installed the auction module. The add to cart disappeared after one of those occurences today. ALso a correction, the url for the site is http://farmdirectkoi.carolinafishhat....com/index.php

Did any of the mods have any sql??

yes refer a friend, tell a friend and the auctions all had SQL file

No that is one thing I never figured out how to do so no database backup

Only auction module had an uninstall which was named auctions_uninstall_db.sql

I was kind of thinking that, how can I back up the database, I would like to at least salvage my products or do you think that the products table may have been modified?
