Im looking to add a second store from the same server host and was wondering how to do this. Do I need to do a new install or setup a second admin somehow or what. Please let me know thank you for your time!!

Agreed with Kobra.

Or if you wish to run the 2nd store on the 1st store database, make a new domain, new install but add your 1st store's database details for the 2nd one.
