Look at (sorry, site offline) for the free templates available. You need to give more details about what you want your store to do, who your market is, etc. before anyone can give meaningful advice.

I`m trying to market to luxury Brand

1. I want to have fashion Slideshow Banner on top
2. Want to have more of a clean site
3. Want a Better way people can contact US
4. Post more pictures in each item
5. Show people that I accept Credit Card payments
6. I ship worldwide
7. Have more languages on site

Items 3 - 7 are not related to the template you use (except for some commercial templates that disable features in the code), but are things you can set or install for any template.

"Luxury" and "clean" are good keywords to keep in mind as you look at the templates available. Do you want a conventional three-column layout? Two columns? Single column with navigation in header/footer?

You can also install a slideshow in any template, though one that comes with a slideshow would mean less work for you.
