Loggin in failure?

Hello everyone how are we?
I need some helo.
I reset my pass because I just upgraded zen to the latest version.
I was able to log in fine for a day

now all of a sudden I can not log in
I clicked forgot password and reset it. I tried the new pass with the appropriate username and then I am taken back to the original log in page

If I try the exact same method of loggin but with an s on the end of my username it says wrong user name or password entered.

does anyone know why I am unable to lg in?
I know I am enetering the right info to log in

you can reset the username and password by phpadmin
the table named "admin",
if you set the value

for password feild,then you new password would be 111111

Why did you do this? It is not needed to reset the password.

Most of the time phpAdmin can be accessed through your hosts admin panel or directly by typing something like YOUR_DOMAIN.COM/phpadmin. You can ask your host

honestly I do not knoiw why this happened I did not configure anything

my friend did something and I am able to og in again
I just do not know the reason I could not log in
