I ned some Help on Installation Please!!

Hello,

I have a site already setup with zen I am now in the process of moving over another site which I have uploaded all the files for to my file location. My question is this how do I control two different sites in the backend they have totally different things so I need a second database im assuming with a separate admin. How do I achieve this or is there another way!!!
