Admin Issue - NEED HELP!

I am not a web programmer and generally am not sure what I need to do to fix this isssue I am having when I go to my site admin. Can someone tell me what I need to fix?

This is the message that I am receiving. I have no idea where I need to start to fix this.

When you click the Reply button below, a box opens up for you to type your message. Above that box is another box entitled "Posting Tips", with a number of general questions in it. It's answers to those questions that Rod was asking you to provide.
