Contact US Page Not Sending to Email

Please help my contact us page seems to not be working when you type into the contact us page it says message has been sent. However it never arrives to my email. How do I fix this and make sure it is set-up right thank you for your help.

What is the Email Address (Displayed to Contact you) set to?

Transport is set to PHP
Displayed to contact you: is set to the correct email address.

ZenCart just acts as the messenger in this case as it passes the message off to the MTA(mail transport agent) which can be your hosting account or whom ever you are using

ZenCart does not have anything to do with insuring that the MTA does it's job

Ok im new to this so what does that mean? And how do i go about fixing this problem. Do I need to set it different?

Try sending to that email address from a local email client such as Outlook or outlookexpress

I have the email address works fine been using it for sometime. Is there a setting somewhere I may have missed to make sure the contact us page knows to go there.

Those are the only settings

From other email company's and websites. Im using hostgator as my web host if that matters at all for email settings. The email address is from go-daddy where I have some things as well.
