I downloaded a template do not know where column_layout_grid.sql gose

I uploaded includes as a .Zip on server & Unzip it to database everything looks in order but nothing has change on my web site?

There is nothing you should "unzip" to your database. Where exactly did you put all of the files? Did the /includes/ folder go in the Zen Cart root, next to /images/?

The SQL should be run in Zen Cart admin > Tools > Install SQL Patches, nowhere else. You could use phpMyAdmin from your hosting control panel if you know what you are doing, but it's not "better".

I got it to work bu how do I make slideshow bigger to show full images?

There's no way to know that without a lot more information. Do you know what slideshow it is? There may be a support thread, or someone who has used it and knows how to control it.

Is there any information in the readme or other documentation?
