Default I have a question about this "payment fee" on my invoices!!

    Hello,

I just had an order and I looked at the invoice and noticed this Payment Fee:3.85 the customers sub-total was 122.34 after a coupon I offer and they payed 122.34. I checked that the total before discount and the total after matched and they do. SO it seems they were not charged the Payment Fee of 3.85 which Im glad for. However im trying to figure out what this Payment Fee is can anyone help me with this please!!

Thank you for your time and responses!!

It would help a lot to know what payment processor you're talking about.

If you're referring to transactional information shown from PayPal, that's just PayPal telling you how much they charged you for doing the transaction on your behalf. With other payment gateways you get that information at the end of the month on a separate bill. Same thing, just that PayPal lets you see it up-front.
