Category Image Alt tag

Does anyone know which file controls this as i have found out by an seo program that my category tags have suddenly stopeed working and with so many mods i have installed and a live site i don't want to have to upload all files and start again if i can find the one cuprit that has caused this to break.

any suggestions would be appreciated.
