I needed to set up a zone that included all of the US, all states, to use as an "Include" for the free shipping module, so that the free shipping will ONLY be shown if the order weighs LESS than 30 lbs AND is in the "Shipping Zone" United States.

However, when I added that zone, apparently, I broke the Sales Tax somehow, and I don't know how to fix it.

My shipping has been working GREAT, but...

Today I received an order for taxable items to AZ... the tax should ONLY be charged if it's shipped to VT. The tax on the invoice shows as "VT TAX 6%" (Vermont Tax). It should not be there at all for AZ.

Can anyone tell me where I went wrong?
