On many pages like my Shipping Info page the page starts with "Welcome to 4x4Direct"
Where can I change this?

That's something that your template designer has added. You can try changing the Store Name and/or Store Name and Address in Admin - Configuration - My Store, or use the Developers Tool Kit to search for 4X4Direct
