Customer Login Not Working

Hello,

I have an odd problem. My store has been set up so that customers must be authorized to browse and buy since it is a wholesale site. Until today, the test customer account I had created was functioning properly, however, my test login is no longer working. In fact, the login function seems to have ceased functioning altogether.

For example, when I hit the home page and add the proper test username and password and hit submit, the page just reloads with no warning or any other type of error message. I deleted the test login and created a completely new one with the same result.

I then changed the site settings so that a login is not required to browse/buy. I then tried to login using the "Welcome Guest..." login link, however, after putting my test information in and hitting login, again, the page just "refreshed" and it still read "Welcome Guest..." as if the login did not take.

I verified that my test account is properly spelled and authorized and everything on that end is correct.

I do apologize if this post is vague, but the problem is rather hard to explain. I will more than happy to provide further information if needed as I am really stumped.

Thank you for your reply Kobra. I have authorized your account, when you have time, please try to login and see if you are able to access the home page of my site. I'm beginning to suspect it may be my PC since I did not receive that message when creating a new test account.

Thank you for your help Kobra. The problem was my PC. I cleaned my internet files and restarted my PC and now the login is functioning properly.
