Help! Backup won't work?!

Hi guys, So so sorry if this is in the wrong place but I don't know where to put it and in a flap! I tried to upgrade to 1.5.1 earlier and messed up, reinstalled but now my database back up won't load it comes up with this error. Crossed out bits are customers names and addresses. What do I do?!

Yes, I did. That's why I can't understand...unless maybe I accidentally deleted a mod or something :\

Are you starting with a DB with all tables dropped?

Try it as you have a backup
You should not then get the duplicate entry message
