Easy populate 4 - import button goes to file cannot be disaplyed page

In IE it does page cannot be displayed. In FF it goes to a white blank page with the CSV file as the url. Using a csv file from a working ZC 1.5 cart with EP4 on a new install of ZC 1.5 with EP4 as well. I did a download from the working cart and uploaded to the other cart. What the problem might be is that after i do a file upload, nothing shows up at the file list on the bottom until i press one of the blue links below the upload dialog such as "Complete Products (with Metatags)". Also the file size at this point on the new install is not the same as the old working site. Shots below

OK I just bravely hit the import button on the working site in IE and same result. So I am totally stumped, How do I get these CSV sites into the database? The wrking site is managed by inventory source

OK I may have a fundamental misunderstanding of what I'm doing. My vendors CSV file has the first line as a header for what I assume are suppose to be table names. So for example it would be a line with about 15-18 entries such as v_Product_Name, v_Product_ID, et cetera. Do I need to create a table entry in my DB for each of these manually? I assumed the import would create any tables not there or that the csv file was already catered to the zen cart table since they "require" zen cart. In fact I need to create all of these tables in my DB and I have not would that cause the white page situation described above? I would have at least expected an error of sort if that were the problem which is why it took me this long to come to that. Thanks.

Also, I never do an Easy Populate upload without first backing up my database. All Easy Populates we've used over the years work, but sometimes operator errors occur...usually entering something wrong in the spreadsheet. In this case, one of the database backup plugins comes in very handy for quick backups from the admin. And DrByte's database plugin also allows for a quick DB restore from the admin, on the rare occasions we need it.

It looks like perhaps you've incorrectly installed Easy Populate 4, or didn't read the readme file to learn how to use it? And it's confusing, as you seem to have another site where EP4 works and you know how to use it?

Anyway, initially if the site does not already have products you should manually add a product then download the sheet to see what the headings look like in action.

OK I'll post there but not to leave the questions hanging here, I have the current setup managed by Iventory SOurce. I didnt do anyy of the config from ZC to EP to the SQL Dbs. They did everything so yes I guess its working but not because of my doing. I am trying to do everything myself, so I have a new host where I am running tests in setting this all up and that is where I am having the import problem. However as I pointed out, I do have access to ZC on IS so I tried the import there as well and it didnt work there either. Now it turns out that the file there is not the active feed file from my distro so maybe that has something to do. However that file does import via MySQLAdmin but not via either EP4
