I just had a look, thanks.
The problem is NOT that Free Shipping is Not working, it is working fine...
The problem is the Free Shipping IMAGE/Button is NOT being displayed on the Item Photo/Title on the Main Page and the product Page, It's ONLY displayed on the Category Page.
