Going crazy need help With option manger function!!

Hello,

I have been looking at this for weeks and i am 100% lost Im trying to figure out how to work the option name and option value function and the attribute controller in the back end it seems to me they all go together somehow but I can not for the life of me figure out how. Can someone please take a few mins and explain to me how this works!!

P.S. is this also the function to add more options to show for the dynamic filter if you happen to know. Right now it just shows filtering by price!!

Do you know if I can do this in bulk as I have over 15,000 products. Once I set-up the option values and names. Can I add them to my products in bulk or does it have to be one at a time!!

You need to set up the first of any particular arrangement of attributes on a product, but when that is done, you can copy them all to another product or to a whole category of products. See the links near the top of the Attributes Controller page for "copy to..."
