Option Value Stuck Please Help!!

Hello,

Here is my question: I was going to start setting up my attributes so I went to option names and put in two names Color and Size. I then went to option value to enter in values such as blue and black and so on for color and there appears to be red already in the option value table for some reason I can not remove this value it seems stuck in the sections that say copy to all products and delete from products and so on. When I try and set-up other values the system will not let me and this message is given:WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again. I have refreshed it and nothing happens. Please help Im not sure what to do to fix this. I have tried everything I can think of.

P.S. i have deleted the option names and tried again and the red thats stuck always comes back no matter what!!

If an attribute is in use on any product, it cannot be deleted. Do you have any leftover demo products?

No demo products that I know and the attributes should not be on any products I have also tried to delete it on all products just to make sure and this is the message I get Error: Mismatched Option Name and Option Value selected from: Product Color Red

When I add an option name say color then go to option value it already has the red in this section:

Add ALL Option Values to ALL products for Option Name
Update ALL existing products that have at least ONE Option Value and Add ALL Option Values in an Option Name
Select an Option Name

Update ONE product that has at least ONE Option Value and Add ALL Option Values in an Option Name

NOTE: Sort order will be set to the default Option Value Sort Order for these products

Update ALL existing products that have at least ONE Option Value and Delete ALL Option Values in an Option Name

Update ONE product that has at least ONE Option Value and Delete ALL Option Values in an Option Name

It will not go away it says there are no products that have values or names yet this red never leaves I have erased option names and re done them and it stays it even stays with different option names. When I try and add other values it brings up the error message I linked here before. Im not sure whats wrong but I can't do attributes right now and its really upsetting please help me!!

There's nothing I can do to help from here, as you are having some kind of weird non-standard problem that may be due to a database error or maybe (but unlikely) a damaged file. It will take a database expert to know the right questions to ask and the right things to look at.

So it would seem I need to reinstall my database does that mean all the work i've done will be gone and i will have to do everything over or.... They seem to think its something to do with the tables being broken and said to either reinstall my cart database or to see if I can fix the phpmyadmin tables which Im not sure what that means. Any advice please and does reinstalling my database lose everything or no!!

Ok I have had my entire database checked out and had tests run on it and everything is fine this is what was said.
Nothing came back wrong with the database or any files here.. I was able to run other tests to see if it was a file permissions issue or something else. I ran tests and they all came back normal.

The option names work it seems however the option values do not every time I try and enter an option value in and click insert I get this error message:WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again. Im not sure what to do here I have been told to talk with zencart so please I need help!!

This calls for someone with intimate knowledge of the database like DrByte or Ajeh...

Does anyone know why Im getting this error I have spoken to everyone I can and no one can figure out why I get this error message when I try to insert an option value the option name works fine but not the option value!!
